How long does delivery take?
Stock items are shipped within 48 hours and normally delivered within 3–5 business days in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Will the device be installed for me?
The device is delivered as standard via paid threshold delivery (not included in the purchase price). Optional assembly and installation are also possible, at an additional cost — all installation requests are submitted via the digital DKN-Technology Installation Form.
What does the warranty on this device cover?
Frame, motor and electronics are covered by the statutory warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase, in case of manufacturing defects or non-conformity.
Are there rental options?
Yes, for professionals with a VAT number, we offer flexible rental.
