The treadmill offers a range of features for effective workouts. The screen shows various parameters:

• TIME: 0:00 - 99.59 (MIN)
• DISTANCE: 0.00 - 99.9 (KM)
• CALORIES: 0.0 - 999 (KC)
• SPEED: 1.0 - 20.0 (KM/H)
• HEART RATE: 50 - 200 (BPM)
• INCLINE: -5 - 40%

Operations:

• Start and Stop: Press "START" for 3 seconds to start and "STOP" to stop the treadmill.
• Programs: Choose from 18 preset programs, 3 user settings, 4 exercise modes and a body fat test program.
• Safety key: If the safety key is removed, the treadmill stops; if the key is placed, the data is cleared and the treadmill goes into standby.
• Main functions: Controls include START, STOP, PROG, MODE, SPEED/+/-, INCLINE/+/-.
• Shortcuts: Speed and incline shortcuts can be set.
• Heart rate display: If you press and hold the heart rate button for 5 seconds, the heart rate (50-200 BPM) will be displayed.

Special features:

• Kilometer to mile conversion: Press PROGRAM and MODE for 3 seconds.
• Retrieve software version: Press SPEED+ and SPEED- for 1 second.
• Incline study: Press INCLINE+ and INCLINE- for 3 seconds without the safety key.

Body fat test:

The treadmill has a body fat test program that can be accessed by continuously pressing MODE in standby mode.

Set parameters for gender, age, height and weight:

• Gender: 01 for male, 02 for female.
• Age: To be set between 10 and 99.
• Height: Set to 100 to 200 cm.
• Weight: To be set between 20 and 150 kg.

After setting the parameters, "F5" appears on the screen. Hold the handle pulse board for 5-6 seconds to calculate body fat (FAT). This test measures the relevance between height and weight and helps to adjust weight based on health indicators.
